How Can Hypnosis Help With Insomnia?

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention where you are concentrating one thing to the exclusion all else. The net result is profound relaxation which in itself is one of the key elements in falling asleep easily. By mastering a special form of rhythmic breathing in trance, you learn to relax profoundly.

You also learn to quiet your "mind chatter".
